Virtual psychotherapy across Ontario
Begin with the person whose experience fits what you need.
Precision Psychotherapy is the shared online home of Floyd Kelly and Maeve Howard, two independent Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying). Both offer warm, practical psychotherapy by secure video to people located anywhere in Ontario. Their practices, areas of focus and booking paths remain separate so you can make a clear choice about who you want to work with.
Floyd works with individuals and couples. His focus includes recurring relationship conflict, overwhelming emotions and rejection sensitivity, the effects of a loved one's mental illness, and sustained pressure at work. Maeve works with adults of all genders, with a special focus on women navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, self-worth, identity and demanding expectations.
Fees and insurance receipts
Individual sessions with Floyd or Maeve are $150 for 50 minutes. Couples sessions with Floyd are $170. Sliding-scale spaces are available, and each therapist provides receipts you can submit to insurance. Fees and insurance receipts sets out what to check with your plan before you book.
How to start
Read each therapist's profile and choose the person whose focus, language and way of working seem closest to what you are carrying. If you already know who you want to meet, you can book a session directly. If you are unsure, book a short consultation to ask about fit. You do not need a referral to contact either therapist.
What happens after you book
Your first session begins with what is bringing you to therapy and what you hope may become different. You do not need a perfect explanation or a complete history. The therapist will ask questions, explain how they understand the concern and talk with you about a possible direction. Fit is something you can keep evaluating. If the therapist's experience or approach does not match what you need, that should be discussed openly.
